Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Maintain and organize files (electronic and paper), records, and databases.

Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.

Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.

Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Organize travel arrangements and prepare travel expense reports.

Monitor office procedures and provide suggestions for improvement.

Coordinate and support company events or meetings as required.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
-
1–3 years of administrative or office experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication.
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
